Quality Innovation Prosperity (QIP) is an international, cross-disciplinary, scholarly, peer-reviewed, and open-access journal covering original, empirical, and theoretical research in the broader field of quality. Quality also takes sustainability into account, encompassing a comprehensive view of the social, environmental, and economic development associated with the digital and circular economy. The QIP journal provides an advanced forum for studies related to strategic quality management, quality innovation, quality of life, and quality engineering, both in private and public organisations. The editorial team prefers publications focused on Quality 5.0, which emphasises improving and expanding human capabilities with advanced technologies, ensuring that human operators are an integral part of the quality management systems and their processes. The journal is designed to serve the academic and professional community working in this field.

 

Desk-rejection applies to articles that do not fit the journal's scope, do not meet the formal requirements according to the QIP template, do not comply with Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) standards, including failure to explicitly and transparently disclose any use of AI tools in the manuscript. The paper may also be desk-rejected due to limited space in the journal or an imbalance in the topic coverage.

 

As of January 1, 2024, the journal is published exclusively online.
